Shipping policy
PRODUCT DELIVERY AND APPROXIMATE AVAILABILITY TIMES
Orders will be delivered to the Customer within 72 to 96 hours from the time of purchase completion, taking into account business hours and business days.
Orders placed using the "express delivery" option will be delivered to the Customer within 14 business hours from the time of purchase completion. This delivery option is only available for addresses located in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Products personalized by the Customer or designed using the "Jewelry Configurator" will be delivered within 45 days.
During the Christmas season, the exchange and/or return period is extended to one month. Therefore, all purchases made after December 1st and before January 6th can be returned/exchanged within the following 30 calendar days.
Delivery times are approximate. COOLOOK is committed to ensuring that the shipping services contracted by COOLOOK meet these deadlines.
For COOLOOK or its contracted shipping services to fully meet delivery deadlines, it is essential that the information entered by the Customer in the respective data collection forms during the purchase process is correct, accurate, and up-to-date. If COOLOOK detects any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the Customer, it may request that the Customer clarify, correct, or complete said information. In this case, the delivery time for the order in question will be suspended and will resume once COOLOOK receives the response to the Customer's request for clarification or correction.
1. SHIPPING POLICY
In the order summary, the user can view the shipping costs at any time.
1.1. Shipping costs within Spain
Shipping costs within mainland Spain are as follows:
- €4.99 (VAT included) when the delivery address is located in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla for orders under €350 (please specify if VAT included or not) are as follows:
- €15 (VAT included) when the delivery address is located in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
1.2. International shipping costs (outside of Spain)
When the delivery address is located within the European Union, shipping costs are €20 (VAT included).
If the delivery address is located outside the territory of the European Union (rest of the world), the shipping costs will be 40 euros including VAT.
1.3. Reshipment
If, due to an error or omission of any kind, the Customer has not entered correct data in any of the data collection forms during the purchase process, and this results in the material impossibility of delivering the order to the Customer, the Customer will bear the cost of reshipping the products included in the order.
2. PRICES AND TAXES
The prices of the products offered on COOLOOK are indicated in euros (€). Value Added Tax (VAT) in effect at the time of purchase is added to the product price. The amount of this tax (VAT) is included. This will be shown in the order summary with the expression “TAX INC.” (taxes included).
In any case, the sale may be exempt from or not subject to VAT depending on the territory where the Customer resides or the Customer's status. Therefore, in some cases, the final price of the order may differ from the price displayed on the Service.
Purchases made by entities exempt from paying VAT must indicate this by sending their VAT/Tax Identification Number (NIF/VAT) to COOLOOK via email. Purchases made by these entities will not be subject to VAT.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Online payment for purchased products can be made using the method the Customer deems most convenient and/or best suited to their needs from among those offered by COOLOOK. These payment methods are currently:
1. By VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Using this method will redirect the Customer to a payment gateway that connects the Customer, Coolook, and the respective bank, guaranteeing the secure exchange of confidential information through a single interaction protocol and using encrypted data. In this regard, COOLOOK informs credit card holders that transactions in the online store are carried out through a secure payment gateway, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure the security of data transmission.

3. By cash on delivery (which may incur additional charges for the Customer).
